Participatory workshop & performance in collaboration with Sabine Marte
How do sound and space interact? How can we (re)claim architecture and make it audible? In this workshop, we explored acoustics and voice through musical and performative experiments. The city becomes an instrument. The area around the main square was transformed into a performative sound installation with choral singing and live radio broadcast by Radio FRO. Through the use of radio receivers, the broadcast itself became part of the installation. The participatory project was open to anyone interested in sound and space.
The workshop and performance were part of Sound Campus, in collaboration with Ars Electronica, curated by Andreea Vlăduț and Gabriela Gordillo.
